How does the Pay Lawn Care payment invoice solution work?
Once your Pay Lawn Care account is approved, we will set up your free personalized Pay Page in the Pay Lawn Care platform. Once that is created, all you have to do is create a brief message template to send that includes your unique Pay Page link so your customer can pay you quickly and conveniently.
What will my unique Pay Lawn Care Pay Page look like?
Let’s use the example of a business named ABC Landscaping. Their unique Pay Page would be something like www.PayLawnCare.com/ABCLandscaping
What are the fees I will pay for a Pay Lawn Care account?
There is no set up fee, no card or electronic check acceptance fee, and no monthly fees to your business.
What will my customers experience or pay when I invoice them through my Pay Lawn Care account?
Customers want convenience and security when paying invoices. When you send your customers their invoice amount and your Pay Page link, they will have multiple options. When paying by card, they will pay the 4% fee, when paying by electronic check, they will pay a __________ fee. And if they pay you with cash you can offer them a 4% cash discount.

Example: You bill your customer, Jane Doe, for a $50 lawn care service (which is your ‘cash discount’ price) and send her your Pay Page Link. If she pays by card, she will pay $52 ($50 invoice plus the 4% fee equaling $2). If she pays by electronic check she will pay _________ ($50 invoice plus the _____ fee for the electronic check). If she pays you cash then she will pay your cash discounted amount of $50.
What types of payment choices will my customers have when I invoice them through my Pay Lawn Care account?
As described above, your customers will have the convenience of paying you via credit or debit card or electronic check through your convenient Pay Page link, or they can pay you your discounted cash amount if they pay you in cash.
What are the requirements for me to apply for a Pay Lawn Care account?
The signer on the account must own at least 51% of the business, must have a business bank account, or have a personal bank account with a ‘dba’ (doing business as) certificate if the business is a sole proprietorship.
How long will it take to get my account up and running for my Pay Lawn Care account?
Once you complete and return the application, it generally takes about 2 business days for account decisioning and set up. Then we should have your personalized Pay Page set up in 1-2 business days after that.
How will I know when my customers pay me?
You will be given a ‘dashboard’ access to your account where you can log in from any computer or your mobile phone and be able to see invoices that are paid throughout each day.
How quickly does it take to receive my deposits in my bank account once my customers pay me?
Funds are electronically deposited into your bank account in 2-3 business days.
How will I know which individual customers paid me when I see an electronic bank deposit come in?
In your ‘dashboard’, you will be able to see all details for each individual payment, as well as daily totals so that you know what deposits will be expected in your bank account. Each individual payment will have detailed information so that you know which payment is from which customer.
What will my customers see on their bank account statement when they pay each invoice to my business?
The business name that you put on your Pay Lawn Care account will reflect on your customers’ bank statement.
